The house is within a few miles of the Palladio, grocery stores, restaurants, Folsom Lake College and more! There are 2 cats and 1 dog (all very friendly) living at the house so prefer no other pets. Myself and my fiancé live at the house with our 2 cats and 1 dog. We both work full time in STEM related fields, are very neat, and are respectful of other peoples space and privacy. We are looking for a working single individual (male or female) to rent out a room in our house. No smokers, no pets please
