Martin's room

The room is in a one level home located on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. The room has a 5 foot wide window that opens side to side. The window is UV protected and does not let the cold or heat from the sun in. The room has a setting controlled heater and the AC is provided via a ductless unit. The closet is 5 wide. Solid hardwood floors and pull down shades. Roommate must have a vehicle and no bus services are available within a mile of the home.

The home is privately owned. No smoking on the property at any time. Vaping is OK however outside away from the house and must be on the patio, driveway, or graveled area. One person. The home is on 3/4 of an acre that is landscaped.
