Private room with private bathroom, occupying its own wing of the house. The house is in a safe residential neighborhood, near downtown but in the quiet of the suburbs. Tenants will have access to a full deck overlooking 100 acres of woods as well as access to the main living and kitchen area of the house, television, and other amenities. Laundry machine and dryer in the house. The house is located a 3 minute walk from bus number 4 that takes about 10 minutes to get to campus. There’s a direct path to campus for bicycling that takes 15 minutes, and that can be walked in 30 minutes.
