About the room
I’m looking for a roommate to occupy a private room. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to Chinatown, Marina, Civic Center and FIDI, with plenty of bus routes nearby to take you further, as well as Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and a ton of restaurants, cafes and bars around as well.
The room has a good view, with a good amount of light coming through. It has a very spacious closet as well.
Utilities are included. Wi-Fi included.
About the roomies
I am Diana Cordero, a 38 y/o Freelance Video Editor and Colorist. I work from home in post-production.
I’m very quiet for the most part, but I do practice guitar (also quiet) I’m not a metalhead or anything like that.
I cook a lot at home as well but I’m also very clean.
I’ve had longevity when it comes to roommates LOL. My current rommie has been here for almost 4 years, and before him, I had a rommate for 3 years.
