We have a beautiful private bedroom available in a spacious shared house (pet and smoke free). The home contains a bright and cheerful kitchen, dining space, common areas, porch, and a spacious backyard. Some shared areas will be furnished however rooms will not be furnished.

This home also includes high-speed wifi, a bi-weekly cleaning service, and is always stocked with common amenities such as toilet paper, hand/dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, and more at no cost. It’s also close to a large shopping center (grocery stores, gyms, restaurants) and less than 10 minutes away from some big brands such as Safeway, Costco, Best Buy, Target, Ross, Ikea, Kohls. Another benefit is that its within walking distance to public transportation.

This house has just been renovated and feels brands new! Looking to rent out the rest of the rooms to students / professionals who are looking for a great place to stay.
