Cadence's room

Spare, furnished room available for rent in south east Boise. Part of a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex. Bathroom will be shared with one other tenant. Very safe neighborhood near a small park and elementary schools. Close to Micron, Bown Crossing, the Greenbelt and downtown. The room would be available beginning on August 27th and my current lease ends on May 31st so I am hoping to fill the room for that full amount of time if possible.

I’m a 27 year old female, working professional looking for a roommate in order to save a bit more money each month. I work one full time job and one part time job, so I’m out of the house for long hours during the day. I currently live alone with my 45 pound mixed breed dog. No responsibilities for the dog would be placed on a potential new roommate, but ability for a roommate to be comfortable around her in the house would be required as I keep her loose in the house while I’m home. My landlord does not allow for any more pets in the home. I’m looking for another working professional to join me on my current lease. I’m neat and organized and easy to live with. I enjoy the outdoors and going dancing with what little free time I have on the weekends.
