This property is a 3BR 2 bath in the heart of East Memphis, a stone’s throw away from the University of Memphis. Looking for a roommate to split rent and bills half and half, and share the house. The house is a 1-story with an add-on upstairs 1BR 1 bath.

You will be paying both for access to the downstairs portion of the house where the kitchen, laundry room, sun room, living room and downstairs bathroom are located and to stay in the upstairs bedroom with it’s own bathroom. The room is the largest bedroom in the house, it has a nice sized closet and space for a bed, desk, tv stand and potentially a sofa etc. Upstairs, you have immediate access to the attic where there is tons of storage space for whatever you need to move in with. The upstairs bedroom has it’s own separate entrance outside, right next to the entrance to the downstairs part of the house where the other two bedrooms are located. Both doors are located on a spacious porch that is entered directly from the driveway, where there is a 2-car garage with two fobs. Outside the garage there is also plenty of extra parking space in the driveway.

As for the downstairs, it is a very pleasant house with plenty of space. Semi-open floor plan with large windows that let in plenty of natural light into a large living room area. Big kitchen with ample counter space and high-quality gas range stove.

The house is in a very peaceful neighborhood and feels very quiet most of the time despite being very close to a busy street. We have a very large front, middle, and back yard.

I’m the only person you will be renting with here, splitting rent half and half. I’m 30 and a bartender by trade and like to come home to a quiet space where I can relax. I love cooking and take pride in keeping a clean kitchen at all times. I spend a lot of time gaming while at home, so I’m very quiet most of the time, but I find it easy to get along with most everyone and am excited to meet new people. I am single but I am looking for a partner, although I have no plans to live with a SO any time soon. If you have a SO, they cannot live here unless they are an equal roommate paying a third of the rent, and that is not ideally what I’m looking for right now, so I’d prefer someone who is also single or that has a SO with their own living situation figured out. I can be somewhat flexible but keeping the place to just two people is really what I want right now.
