About the room
Room comes furnished, but can be removed if you have your own bed. The room has new carpet and ceiling fan. Utilities are included. Loft area can be used as your own living room. Couch is already in the area, you will just need to add a TV.I have a brand new pool in the back that can be used.
About the roomies
We have very quite home. The house will have two other occupants, myself and my son. We have one dog name hank ( lab) so must be good with dogs. But please no additional animals in the house.
