This is a three bedroom two bath single family home with a rear deck and large fenced yard (detached two car garage). Only minutes to walk to train and/or town.

Currently two roommates (one male, one female) with upstairs private bedrooms. Both musicians so there is sometimes practice in the two car garage. Cannabis is fine. Only smoking outside. One roommate has a cat and would not do well with another cat. A small dog may be considered for an additional fee. Gatherings are fine, no big parties.
