The basement has its own private entrance. The parking will be on the street.
Your space includes one bedroom (two closets), one full bath, living area (two full size closets with shelves) and a kitchenette. It is about 700 sqft and unfurnished.
On the other side of the basement is shared Laundry room with once a week access for you.
Wifi and Utilities: all are included except special trash disposal (eg. big furniture etc).
We are a family with a young school age kid and we work from home full time. We are friendly but we like to keep to ourselves and look for the same in the renter. Renters that have worked out well are clean, responsible, respectful, pay on time with stable income. No pets, no smoking in or near the house, no parties, no drugs or weapons.
