Home: 5 bedroom, 3 bath 2387sqft house with two living room space/ common areas, large kitchen and dining room, on a half an acre. Lot of natural light.

$125 non-refundable deposit to pay for background check, room hold, cleaning fee.

1 female roomie and 1 male roomie. Roomie 1 splits time between Nashville and Kentucky, works in real estate and also does small business consulting. Roomie 2 works remotely from home in the logistics industry. We tend to be very quiet. If/ when time does permit and we’re here at the same time, we like to have movie night, make dinner, chat + catch up and be supportive of one another. When the weather is nice and the sun is shining, we like to chill in the backyard or wander Percy Priest! :)

**Roomie 1 has a medium sized pup that is friendly and well-trained. The doggo (Finn) will only be at the house, if/ when the roomie is in Nashville.
