The house is in a nice and quiet area near Golden West Highschool. The house is spacious and clean. Your room is also nice, furnished and clean. We have a 3 bedroom and 2 bath house. You’ll have one of the bedrooms and will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Nice neighborhood. Can also do month to month.
In the house is myself, my wife and my father. We are friendly, clean and give you your privacy. We also have two little inside dogs that are very friendly. We have a shed in the backyard that we turned into a room. A nice gentleman is renting it out for a couple of months. We hardly see him since he also has family and a girlfriend in town.
