Hi my girlfriend and I have a lease at the phoenix apartments in sacramento it is close to Sac State and it would only be my girlfriend and I are our two dogs, my dogs are potty trained. You would have your own room and the the apartment has two restrooms so you would technically have your own restroom the unit also has a washer and dryer and there is parking as first come first serve. It would be approximately $1284 for the room. The $1284 is including utilities, sewer, water, renters insurance and wifi but it can change depending the SMUD charges which is electricity The unit also is updated and has new appliances and has granite counter tops.
