Lizzy's room

Hello! We are looking for a roommate to occupy an open room in our 3 BR house. One of my current roommates is moving out and I will need someone to fill her room starting November 1st.

This lease will be until August 1st, 2024 but you will have the option to extend at least another year if you are interested. I will be staying a few years here so you’re always welcome to stay long term as well if the situation works out.

About the room: It is unfurnished but the pics are to show the current conditions to get some set-up inspo!✨ It used to be two rooms, but the wall got knocked down so now this room is one giant room! It has space for a bed, desk, and even a living room area, and has a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and cabinets. It also has a separate entrance into the backyard.

About the house: Located in “Old-North Boulder” which is sort of Central Boulder but a bit north from that. 0.9 miles from Pearl Street & just around the corner from a bus stop. This house has AC, heating, a dishwasher, in house washer & dryer, fiber optic wifi already set up, a huge fenced backyard, furnished living room+kitchen+dining room, a planty aesthetic, lots of places to park, & is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We also have a bunch or kitchen utensils and fun baking supplies you are welcome to use. One time roommate change fee: $200

About the roommates: There will be 3 people here other than you. Me: I am 23 years old and very outgoing. I love plants, art, dancing, baking, hiking, and hanging out with friends. I also love to bike and I often go to the Boulder Bike Night on Thursdays. For work, I am an architect and I work a pretty standard 9 to 5 Monday-Friday. I often work from home and will work in the living room, but I do go to the office too. Tim: Tim is my partner and is 29 years old. He works for the City of Boulder on clearing invasive plants near trails in the summertime, and works for Jimmy John’s in the winter. He also works a typical 9 to 5 Monday-Friday. He likes to play ukelele, loves to slack line, and likes to be outside in nature. Tim & I are very friendly and might even make dinners for you sometimes! Hendrick: Hendrick is in his 50s and he works at Jimmy John’s with Tim. He is very nice and is quiet and keeps to himself. I don’t really see him ever even though he lives with us because he’s gone a lot and when he’s not, he almost never leaves his room.

Seeking: We don’t have an age or gender preference, we would just like someone friendly & clean who will respect the common areas. It would definitely be a plus if we ended up being friends but that’s obviously not a requirement. The one thing that’s important to note is that we have 2 dogs already so we absolutely need someone without a dog/cat because it’s already a lot with these two. (sorry 🥲)
