Updated 2 bed 1 bath apartment with a 2 patios. Located on the second floor, 2 blocks from the beach (you can practically see it from the patio) and two blocks from Carlsbad village. Looking for only one roommate and open to both male and female. Only con is that there is no washer dryer dryer in the unit, but the complex provides a laundry area/ bike rack right next to our unit and parking is on the street (negotiable parking situation because our unit is allotted one parking spot). Rent is $1525 per month plus around $100 for utilities including SDGE, water, trash, sewage, wifi. Credit check and $500 security deposit required upon move in. September 18th would be the move in date so let me know if you’re interested:)

I’ma fun, outgoing person who loves meeting new friends and trying new places! During the weekdays I keep pretty busy between the gym and work Monday-Friday and work on the occasional Saturday. On the weekends I’m usually at the beach, out with friends, or in Arizona with my family so I’m outside of the house as much as my social battery will let me. Looking for someone who keeps clean with no pets and who isn’t a homebody or locked in their room all throughout the week. A roomie who wants to go out with me on occasion would be nice:) Friends and guests are welcome at any time but no extended stay friends/ significant others. (Not looking for a third who doesn’t pay rent).
