Looking for a professional roommate that’s clean and responsible. I have animals, one dog and two cats, cats are indoor and outdoor. If you have a dog, please be cat friendly and gets along with other dogs. You’ll have additional pet fee. I have a very nice home, that’s always kept clean and organized, you’ll have free range to living room, dinning room, kitchen, patio and backyard. The room is the master bedroom with private bathroom. Closet in bathroom and in bedroom, lots of windows. There’s a first and last month rent up front and a contract to signed and get notarized.

I work a lot, so we probably won’t see each-other often. I do like to entertain and have little gatherings here and there, you’re more than welcome to join if you like. Use to be a chef, so I love to cook. Have a lot of cool stuff in my kitchen if you’re into cooking too.
