Bailey's room

Brand new townhouse 3 bed/2 bath. A private room with a closet would have to share a bathroom. The bedroom is not furnished but the rest of the house is. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Amenities include a pool and private dock, Publix is about 3 minutes away and close to many stores/food options.

I and my roommate are 22 years old and in graduate school. We are both very clean and organized. We both stay busy with school but enjoy hanging out with friends, going out to downtown Charleston, or just relaxing at the pool.
