Large bedroom with two attached closets and walk-in gigantic bathroom, available to rent on August 13th 2023 in a gated condo complex with gym and pool. The living room is large with a patio and island kitchen. These are stock photos because the room is currently occupied. Your roommates will be a professional couple, who are private, clean, and quiet but friendly. You will have 1 spot in the garage with 2 key fobs. Additional street is easy to find. The rent does not include utilities but will include access to the clubhouse which has an Olympic pool, jacuzzi, a gym, BBQ area, work areas, pool table common kitchen etc.

Near Warm Springs Bart and Tesla offices.

Near 99 Ranch, Indian stores, and lots of great restaurants and stores. No food restrictions.

You will need to have references and a credit score of above 700.

We are a professional couple working full time. We are private, clean, quiet, but personable. We enjoy eating out, going to the gym, hiking, cooking new dishes, and going to concerts/standups.
