This is a beautiful property with hardwood floors, a kitchen nook, a lovely yard with garden, and there are three rooms for rent - none of which are furnished. Two of the room are on the main floor (210 SF each and $1,000), and one in the finished attic (400 SF and $1,200). Feel free to message me about any of the rooms you are interested in. I am a female professional civil engineer, very active with sports, and gardening, painting, yoga, frisbee, fishing, and being outside. I have a cat, Miss Dorothy, who lives with me part-time.
