MI's room

A one-bedroom apartment (the basement floor of our house) is available for rent. It includes a large furnished bedroom with a beautiful fireplace and a big walk-in closet, a full bathroom (with bathtub and shower), and a large living room and storage spaces. You will have your own fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Parking (assigned spot for you) is available in driveway. We prefer to start with a month-to-month or short term contract with potential to extend if everything goes well.

Tenant would be nonsmoking and has no pet. Please also be ready to provide a letter from your employer or past landlords.
