all rooms are the same size 12 by 10 they all come with a AC unit parking space and shared restroom and kitchen. Everybody does their own program the Landlord one single man only working. It’s a mobile home converted into rooms. Everybody has their private room. Shared restroom and shared kitchen. The kitchen comes with a stove, refrigerator sharing, microwave, and so on.
