Cute 1950s home with updates. Just a few short blocks from the Poudre River Trail. Have fun walking/biking to Old Town. CSU is less than 3 miles away and this has easy access to the Poudre Canyon and Highway 287 for the adventurers.

Home features solar and electric heating/cooling. The house has been less than 10% grid dependent since the solar was installed. This should make those who believe in climate change quite happy.

Renter gets the original master bedroom and a bathroom off the original hallway. Hardwood floors and tile abound.

The living room features a 55“ television, surround sound, and Chromecast that allows for streaming from one’s cellphone or tablet. A SONOS system is established in the kitchen and living room for ambience and general good times.

Renters will be expected to assist with house upkeep and lawn maintenance. There is a ground level garden that you can make your own!

Homeowner works in healthcare management and is gone 3-5 days a week. He is progressive and believes in human rights and climate change. Hobbies include hiking, walking, yoga, cooking, concerts/events, lifting weights.
