The basement has its own entrance, a private kitchenette with kitchinatte/microwave(under construction but will be ready soon), one (1) bathroom, and one (1) bedroom. Plenty of street parking is available.

Utility/Wifi included. NO PET, NO SMOKING inside or outside of the house. Basement for rent to 1 tenant only!.

Potential tenant must have a clean background. Phone Screening and Background checks will be required for this Basement. Application/Screening Criteria: $55 Application fee paid directly to Turbotenant and NOT REFUNDABLE.

Monthly income at LEAST 2.5x rent amount Verifiable sources of income (W2, Paystubs, bank statements, etc). I am a quiet professional who mostly works from home, and would be living upstairs with family. I have two kids, No SMOKING, No PET! Very low traffic in the home. The entire neighborhood is quiet.
