Sarah's room

Looking for a roommate for the upstairs in my Como Park home. The upstairs include a bedroom with closet and built in drawers, half bathroom, landing area (previous owners had a home office set up), and extra storage closet. You would have your own half bathroom (it is small) and would share the shower on the main floor. Laundry is in the basement. We would share the kitchen, living room, and downstairs partially finished basement. Parking is on the street with plenty of space. Close by to Como Lake and Wheellock Parkway with miles of walking and biking trails. Approximately 10 minutes to downtown St. Paul.

Unfortunately unable to have pets in the home. All utilities included except electricity/gas.

I am a female in my early 30’s and work in healthcare. I am pretty laid back and have always gotten along well with my past roommates. I love traveling, exploring new places, hanging out with friends, and reading. My neighborhood is quiet with great neighbors!
