St. George- Looking for a single, non-smoking, clean, respectable roommate in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house. It has a big beautiful back yard and is in a great safe neighborhood. Must be ok with dogs because I have a medium sized fluff ball. Would share a bathroom with one other person. Big, clean, open dining and living room area with a fully stocked kitchen. Available July 1st 2026, with a 6 month lease. Rent is $650 plus 1/3 utilities, internet is included. Deposit is $500.

About the roomies

The house is shared with two full time working adults in our 30’s. We are both very easy going and active with lots of hobbies so we honestly aren’t home a lot.
