Revised 11/20 Available December 1st or asap. 10.5’ x 12’ room with large closet (with extra storage space above the closet), hardwood floor, and ceiling fan + a ventilation hookup for an indoor a/c. On a quiet block between Bushwick Ave and Broadway, close to Bushwick-Aberdeen L stop, and a short walk to the A and J trains at Broadway Junction. The apartment is really nice (the landlords were the previous occupants) with a large and bright living room + kitchen! The living room is a work in progress, furniture-wise, but we plan to make more improvements soon!

The three current roommates are looking for a considerate, tidy, LGBTQ-friendly person. The landlord requires anyone moving in to submit an application through the realtor, which includes a credit+income check. As such, you need to be able to provide tax returns, bank statements, and evidence of employment/income. We cannot have pets, smoking, bicycles, or battery-powered vehicles inside the apartment.
