Private room for rent. This room is located in the main floor of the house. You will share a bathroom with 1 other male. Male tenant only please. Must be quiet, no partying and no smoking inside, no couples, no pets. And must be clean- please do not apply if you don’t clean up after yourself. Living room & kitchen are fully furnished. 2nd living room in basement is partially furnished. You furnish your own room. Rent includes all utilities and wi-fi. All hardwood floors in the house. Access to laundry in the basement. Central heat and brand new central AC- really comfortable in the summer. Close to Northtown mall, 1 min from a bus stop and on a quiet street. Fenced private backyard.Month to Month lease. To move in need first months rent and $250 Non refundable admin and property management fee. Need last months rent too but will consider payment plan.

Current roommate is a caregiver and vStudies a lot for school. Currently there is three rooms available so not sure who they will be
