I am the first owner of the property built in 2019.

We are the only condo in the associations that has two units. Every other unit has 3 or more.

We literally never hear our neighbors.

I am a very private person. I have the small room I use & that’s about it. My wife will be taking most of the furniture, so it will be mostly unfurnished. I am THC friendly and actually have a prescription I obtained.

You will get the master bedroom / bathroom. Very tall ceilings, jets in the tub, privacy bathroom with 2 sinks/granite countertops. Soft close drawers. Absolutely beautiful fireplace under TV location.

You also basically get the living room because I am always in my little corner room. I have a cat named Mouse, however, I may let my wife take him because cost issues.
