I’m a working female renting a very nice, furnished 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment right off Rt. 17 in Gloucester Point. I am seeking a female apartment mate to occupy the 2nd bedroom of the apartment. My employment is nearby, and I am clean, tidy and respectful of the property. I am looking for someone who is also working, quiet and respectful (and non-smoker). I will be covering the cost of utilities, apartment fees and your share of the rent will be a flat $800/month. No credit checks.
