I have a room available in a house in Teaneck, NJ. It is a master bedroom with a closet and has a bathroom close to it. The house is located minutes away from bus station. You can commute to NY through 167 (that goes to time square) or 178 (goes across GWR bridge). You can get to Times Square within about 30 minutes. The laundry is in the house and you will have access to the deck and big backyard too. There are grocery stores, Walgreen, dry cleaner, Dunkin’ Donuts, nail salons etc in walking distance. If you want to go for shopping, many malls are just a few miles away. You can walk to Englewood (about 15 minutes) and find tons of coffee shops including Starbucks and so many restaurants and 24 hour grocery stores. I prefer female. Room will be available from September 1, 2023. Rent is $850 including utilities.

My fiancé and I live in the house and I am a law student so I am mostly out of the house either in school or library. My fiancé works 60 plus hours so he isn’t home much either. We are peaceful, friendly Asian couple.
