Lori's room

(Please note for the pictures of the room: The bed frame is now an upgraded wooden frame; the keyboard instrument and white desk in the room have been removed and replaced with box shelving, there is space for your furniture to be added if needed) This is a cozy two master bedroom home with an attached garage with two parking spaces and overhead rack storage for boxes and other items. There is a full kitchen, common space with a small dining table, couch, and TV. Most days of the week, the space is free as I am usually out. The room for rent is a master bedroom with its own bathroom with shower, there is a spacious walk-in closet with shelving and drawers, a full-size bed and frame are included. There is a front patio space and backyard where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful weather, read, or admire the vegetables I attempted to grow (they’re hanging in there lol). There is patio furniture in the backyard and a gas grill. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, the neighborhood kids play outside some evenings and they can be a little noisy. Otherwise, it’s very peaceful. Around the area, people enjoy morning/evening walks, there are some nearby parks and a small one located within the community. Some stores nearby are Costco (+ Costco gas), Target, Walmart, Trader Joe’s, 99 Ranch, and Sprouts. If you have a sweet tooth, there’s a Crumbl, Coldstone, R&B Tea and other spots nearby. If you take a 5-7 minute drive down the main road, it will take you to Third Street where many small shops, bakeries, cafes, trendy restaurants and The Gym are located.

I work from home and am usually out and about with friends or family during the week. When I’m not working or out and about, I like to work out at the gym, try out new coffee shops, cook and eat at new restaurants. I do not have pets, but I have welcomed previous renters with pets. This can be discussed if needed.
