Apartment is in a really great, safe area with walking trails and frisbee golf nearby. Nice modern kitchen and decent sized living room. Balcony space and a brick fireplace too. Hardwood floors in the kitchen, hallways and bathrooms. Carpet in the bedrooms. Bedrooms are of good size with a large closet that takes up the whole wall. Lots of windows as well. In unit washer and dryer, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, etc.

I’m a 27 year-old graduate student at CSU. I mostly prioritizing spending time studying or hanging out with my dog. I care about keeping the kitchen clean and not having a lot of clutter in the shared spaces. I’m easy going, don’t really have a preference if you’re a sociable or reclusive roommate.
