Looking for two roommates for our 4 Bedroom house in the martin acres area of south boulder. Home includes a large living room that I’ll already have furnished, dining room, relatively large kitchen, washer/dryer, large front/ back yard with garden, 1 car garage, drive way, and there’s also ample street parking. Utilities will run anywhere from $50-$100 per person probably a month. No pets.

Me and my brother Jason are looking for two roommates to move in to our 4 bedroom house August 15th( Could be a day or two after.) We both work full time as server/bartenders and do online school. We’re into snowboarding, hiking, going out, or having chill nights. We’re 22 and 27 so preferably looking for people around that age. Rent for august will be prorated. I don’t have the best photos of the place but plan to take a video and could also set up a tour probably if your interested! We’re definitely looking for roommates that we’re also friends with so let me know if that sounds good for you!
