Furnished master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom, in an apartment with a great view and a huge pool. The building is gated with 24/7 doorman. Wifi and cable is included, the electric is split. Convenient in building laundry down the hall. Flexible terms as a monthly rental available until about December, but it could be extended or shortened with reasonable notice and agreement. If it works out, I am open to an extension. As much as we love pets, we can’t have them in the building. Background check is required.

The roommate is a neat, quiet, and friendly professional in his mid-twenties living in West Palm Beach. He is courteous and mindful of others, and communicates well. He tends to get up early and go to bed early. The landlord/owner is in his mid thirties, and lives in the same building, but in a different unit.
