I have a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home 6 miles from downtown Chattanooga!

I’ve decided to rent the biggest bedroom to someone, you would also have additional room that I ask you make your living room space so the home is more divided for our comfort.

You also have your own bathroom, just needs to stay presentable as it is also used by guests stopping by, it’s the only one upstairs. I do not use your bathroom but every once in a while, as I also do routine check ups to make sure everything is functioning properly. I live in the home as well downstairs with my own bathroom.. I’m just hoping the vibes are mutual and that all of that is ok!

I ask shoes off at the door before 9am after 9pm because I’m downstairs and it minimizes sound :)

I do not go in your room unless I ask permission first, I am big on respect. With that being said the person must be clean, before leaving the home making sure dishes are done, bathroom is clean in case I have someone over. As long as the kitchen is picked up and the bathroom is clean I’ll have absolutely no issues and we will have the best relationship lol.. I just want to feel like my home is being respected <3 Your bedroom is your bedroom, if I notice that I can’t see the floor that’s when I’ll have to ask to make sure you can see the floor to avoid any products that may spill causing damage.

I have a large front and back yard for activities *(in my Will Ferrell voice) .. I have a garage and full storage room for additional storage. Your own parking spot and one for a guest. On that topic, guests are cool occasionally but home is sanctuary!

I want to hopefully come home and it’s just us 90% of the time. If someone is over I ask you use your additional bedroom you made into a living room space to hang out w them, watch tv.. etc. I just really want to be able to not stay in my bedroom downstairs all the time lol I would love to finally use my living room space after I eat dinner for my own guests and activities. I’m sure if we click though we’ll end up doing a lot together anyways.

I do best w introverts as I am a full time tattoo artist! (Aka why being clean and respectful is the most important hehe) anyways I hope this finds someone who I can help, I know everything is expensive right now. $650 a month all bills included.

I do have a cat named Phil I’ll ask for help w occasionally, so please be a cat person n love on him!!

I have a year long contract you’d sign, I have the ability after 3 months of living to part ways if necessary, for both of our safety.

It’s just me and you living here. Quiet and peaceful. Oh and Phil my cat lol.. you can have a cat as well just know if something gets damaged to replace/fix. We can always close the downstairs door and separate them until they are comfortable.
