I am oI am open to both male and female roommates, as well as couples. It is a clean 4-bedroom, 2-bath house with a laundry room that includes a washer and dryer. The rent is $500, and we will split the utilities. The landlord is easy to work with. Everything in the house can be used as long as it is kept clean and treated with respect. We also take turns buying dish soap and garbage bags.

I’m 39 years old. I am clean, easy-going, and easy to talk to. I do have a cat, and my boyfriend does stay sometimes. There is a couple in the other room whom you would share the bathroom with. They are quiet and respectful.
