Washer/dryer/Dishwasher included. All tile. There is a garage for storage or a car can be parked in there. Unit has generator hookup with generator for power outages. Gated community has 2 pools, tennis court, clubhouse, and other amenities. The unit is located in the Palms in Marsh Landing and is a close to the beach. You will have to be able to add you name to the lease.
