About the room
Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my lease which runs until March 2024 since I am moving. I live with two male roommates in a 4br 4bath townhome with a rooftop (we use the extra bedroom for storage).

Rent is $866/mo plus utilities. It is a super nice place and both roommates are clean and keep to themselves.
The property is managed by JG Real Estate, so you would have to apply directly through them, and then if approved they would take care of the legal paperwork to create the lease addendum so you can take over my portion of the lease.

About the roomies
Both roommates are clean, quiet, and friendly. They are both gay (but are not a couple). One is in his early 20s and one in his late 30s. They keep to themselves and keep the place clean!
