Hi, I am renting a room from my 2 bedroom apartment. I have a labradoodle and a cat. Patio access. My residence has both a gym, laundry room, and heated pool/ grill for tenants.

I work full time M-F and am pretty introverted. I prefer women, someone who is working full time, isn’t a couch potato or just has no ambition, someone who respects the space we will share (living room, bathroom, kitchen) and my belongings, someone is considerate and has a sense of respect as a guest who is being welcomed to live with me.
