Stunning second floor condo right in the center of the Highlands walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and my personal favorite Cherokee Park is literally right around the corner. Lovely neighbors very quiet. Awesome floor plan full size washer and dryer hardwood floors throughout newly renovated I have the option of furnishing the bedroom or you can bring your own furniture. The only items that I am missing at the current moment from the apartment is a couch. If you would like your room fully furnished the rent would be $950 a month. I was waiting to see about putting one in if I get a roommate we can decide if we want to rearrange how the rooms are laid out so we can have distance between our rooms there’s two entrances into the apartment so no need to bother one another coming or going. Brilliant kitchen with lots of cabinet space I’m more than happy to move some of my stuff out of the way we also have a storage unit downstairs all appliances are brand new stainless and top of the line. I have one cat she does not use a litter box she goes in and outside on her own she’s very smart she knocks on the door so I don’t have that gross kitty smell in the house. I tried once before to introduce another animal, it didn’t go well. I temporarily have my friends staying with me he’s going through cancer treatment I’m not sure how long he’ll be here but he’s lovely and is more than happy to help in cooking cleaning or just being a good friend. I’m open to Monthly with minimum 30 day notice required to 6 month leases or longer totally up to you rent is a month it’s due by the 5th day of the month I currently don’t have internet because I use my hotspot on my phone but I would be more than happy on going in on internet cuz it’s all other utilities are included in the rent. There’s lots of biking trails around and list things to do in the highlands we’re right across from Collegiate High School and surrounded around absolutely sending homes. As I mentioned I can rearrange the floor plan to fit our needs together. I absolutely love beautiful flowers I try to have cool unique flower arrangements by the windows are on tables which I switch out every couple of weeks when it’s not during winter time. I also have a small garden pot behind the apartment and we have a small balcony area as well and then anything extra we can always put in the storage room I can send you pictures of the furniture that I have, and I also do have more furniture at my parents house that I can add in. I just haven’t decided how I wanted to set it up so, I just sent the pictures of the actual apartment blank canvas so we could decide together what arrangement fits us best. I’m very quiet I don’t have people over. I actually don’t know that many people in town. So it’s really just me and my kitty and my friend that comes and helps us clean and takes care of my kitty if I’m working. I just want someone that’s nice and that we can maybe do homemade dinners with once a week if you’re interested if you’re not no big deal.I’m just want to have a nice home and always better to have good company.

I’m a super hard worker I was just previously working in property management and I decided to switch up and take a little bit of break now I am currently working at a restaurant while I’m in the process of learning how to start my own foundation for the homeless. I just lost a very good friend of mine to Lou Gehrig’s disease and it was his last dying wish to have a foundation that would help people and so I’m studying up on that so I can give him a legacy. I’m very easy going and just want everyone around me to be happy.
