This room is the master bedroom, with a three-quarter attached bathroom. The room is 144 sqft (12’ x 12’) with a roomy closet, and an in-unit bathroom has a stand-in shower, toilet, and sink.
All utilties are split equally between roommates every month, which includes 1Gb fiber optic internet, trash, water, sewer, electricity, and gas.
