I’m Excellence Askew, a third-year pharmacy student at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, and I’m excited to introduce myself and share an amazing roommate opportunity! As a pharmacy student, my studies and academic commitments often keep me on campus for extended hours. Having a peaceful and comfortable home environment is essential for my success, which is why I’m looking for a roommate to share a house located just 10 minutes away from both Texas Christian University and Texas Wesleyan.

Location: The house is conveniently situated on El Campo Ave in Fort Worth, just 10 minutes away from both Texas Christian University and Texas Wesleyan. It is also within walking distance to the Dickies Arena and Health Science Center. This means we’ll have a quick and easy commute, making it convenient to attend classes and participate in university activities. Additionally, the neighborhood surrounding the house is very safe, ensuring a secure living environment for both of us.

Rent and Utilities: The monthly rent for the house is $1300 flat, and the best part is that parking and garage space are included for free. No need to worry about additional fees for parking – it’s all taken care of! Utilities are also included in the rent, so we won’t have to deal with the hassle of splitting any bills. It is also furnished.

Pet Policy: While I have a soft spot for animals, we’ve decided not to allow pets in the house to ensure a clean and comfortable living space for both of us.

About Me: When I’m not focused on my studies, I enjoy playing video games to unwind and have some fun. It’s a fantastic way for me to relax and destress after long hours of studying. As your roommate, you can expect me to be considerate and respectful of your space and personal time.
