The room is NOT FURNISHED, (however, there is a full-size bed available if needed for the space) A convenient bathroom is located right next to the room. Carpeted room, and hardwood floors through out the rest of the house.

Tenants will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience. It’s appreciated if you keep the kitchen area tidy after each use. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs.

Feel free to relax in the welcoming living room or enjoy the fresh air on the back patio. Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage. The monthly rent includes all utilities and access to High-speed internet. (No additional Cost).
