Owner in mid 50’s. Sometimes my children (adults) come visit. Has a small dog maltese. Doesn’t want any more dogs or cats in. Very friendly. Speaks Spanish and English. Would like to welcome a renter and make it feel home. Preferably someone who works or a student. Needs to be clean.
