Any NYC girls looking for an apartment starting 9/1? I have a room open in my apartment in Kips Bay and it’s an amazing apartment so I’m trying to keep it :) Her room is $2100. The living room is really big with tons of light, kitchen has large counter surfaces for cooking + dishwasher, and the bathroom has a window as well! The building has laundry in the basement and 24hr doorman, super close to Madison Sq Park and the 6/R/N/W lines. It’s also close to TJ’s, Target, and Fairway (and there’s a pizza place and liquor store across the street and a cute bakery cafe next door).
