Close to The Battery & Truist Park home of the Atlanta Braves, amazing restaurants/bars, Cumberland Mall, as well as major merchandise retailers. Conveniently located near interstates I-75, I-20 & I-285 with easy access to metro Atlanta’s major attractions.

I’m Tracey. I’m originally from Flint, Michigan, but have lived in Frankfort, Germany (Army) and Miami before moving to the Atlanta area 28 years ago. My friends describe me as fun, easy-going, and independent. In my free time, I like to travel, exercise/workout, hang out with friends or just watch tv. On the weekends, if not hanging with friends, I normally relax at home. I am the Director of Administration at a private preschool and work a split schedule where I either go in early (7am-3pm) or late (11:30am - 6pm). During the week, I’m usually in bed by 9pm and up by 5:30am. On the weekends, I’m usually asleep by 10pm and up by 9am. I’m a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I want my house to be a place where I can people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. I’m open to the idea of my roommate entertaining company - I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I like to keep all living spaces pretty neat and clean especially common living spaces. I’m hoping to find a roommate who is trustworthy, responsible and considerate/respectful of other’s privacy , personal space, and preferences. Someone who values cleanliness, organization, cooperation, and positive communication and kindness.
