Hello! I have a flat available In Oak Park, with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen. Very welcoming, respectful people, who love to garden and be outdoors. I am going to rent one of the two rooms, so there is one room available. The rent is $700 each (plus Utilities)

I enjoy making music, self expression, and art! I plan to study Audio Engineering at Sac City Community College, as well as Physics. I am looking for a roommate to share the awesome spot I’ve lucked out on. Its a two bedroom flat with a bathroom, and a kitchen to share, and the rent is very manageable, once the other room is filled. The landlords are amazing kindhearted people (who live upstairs) They are incredibly environmentally conscious, welcoming, and love spending time outdoors!
