Liz's room

I live in a 2 bedroom first floor apartment with a private entrance and fenced backyard. I am looking to rent the spare bedroom to (1)person. The apartment is located across the street from Downing Park, in the City of Newburgh, minutes away from Beacon, NY and mere minutes away from the Newburgh waterfront, Liberty St for a ton of weekend activities.

When it comes to finding roommates, I value cleanliness and respectfulness. It’s important to me that we maintain a tidy and organized living space, and that we communicate well and respect each other’s personal space and belongings. Trustworthiness and reliability in paying rent on time is very important to me.

I am a working professional. I enjoy watching documentaries, hiking, dancing, exercising, spending time with my friends and family. I love my peace and quiet, I enjoy cooking, cleaning and love to come home at the end of the day to a clean apartment . I am looking for a roomie that enjoys the same and would contribute to maintaining this lifestyle.
