About the room
Hello! My roommate and I are looking for someone to replace her on the lease, as soon as possible. It is through 6/30/24. You would be getting 1 bedroom as well as a bathroom that is connected to the room. Total costs are $953 a month including everything but electricity, which has been running about $50 a month each. The complex is pet-friendly and has a gym and pool. It is located near the Brentwood area. My roommate is moving out within the next few days, so we’re looking to get this filled ASAP.
