Looking for someone to take over my basement room in a 4bed/2bath house! The room has a large window looking out on the backyard and shared a bathroom with two others. House is in a great location just a few minute walk from sugarhouse park and a few minutes from I80! There’s four others in the house (plus you), all wonderful people and very respectful! Your room comes unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished, there’s room for some additional furniture if you really want but not a whole lot. Ideally looking for another queer/trans person to fill the room! 12 month lease beginning Sept 1. Photos are of the window in your room plus the bathroom and kitchen and I can connect you to my housemates if you want a tour!

Natasha, Leilah, Krystal and Grae will be your housemates and they are all super nice and respectful of the house and everyone’s space! Everyone in the house is queer and we’re ideally looking for another queer person to fill the room but not a requirement!
